REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Maintenance in Clarksville, TN
Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensures all programs reflect thorough application / understanding of policies, procedures and corporate and regulatory standards. Ensures compliance with safety, housekeeping and product quality standards and ensures regulatory and ISO (or similar certifications if required) requirements are met. Manage production or maintenance activities to meet production demand, quality and cost requirements.
Provides leadership to direct reports, contractors and third parties to meet manufacturing goals and support strategic direction of function. Track and analyzes performance metrics and uses data to recommend improvements and identify process changes. Ensure project management is embedded in program execution. Participate in change management processes and helps others to understand reasons for change.
Drive collaborative efforts within own function; solicits others' ideas and perspectives to solve problems; uses external resources to identify best practices. Use sound judgment in decision making by understanding how all functions of the business fit together. Provides input for business case development and lead team members in applying to functional work activities.
Demonstrate and drive high performance for team and functional area. Communicate performance expectations, evaluate performance against goals and communicate results.
Identify opportunities to expand knowledge and capabilities to elevate individual and team performance; demonstrates willingness to assist others in their development.
Keep commitments and accept responsibility for outcomes. Maintain confidences and demonstrate an open and honest manner when dealing with others.
Support implementation of programs to ensure compliance with Company EHS polices, Company Safety Rules and regulatory requirements
Implement programs to support achieving Company EHS and ESG objectives
What are we looking for?
High School diploma or G.E.D. required and 7+ years progressive work experience; or Associates Degree in Technical, Business, Management or related field and 6+ years progressive work experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Business, Management, or related field and 3+ years progressive experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to make sound and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Professional Suite and other system driven controls and data.
Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
Knowledge of and experience with SAP (Desirable)
Experience in an FDA regulated work environment. (Desirable)

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
