Job Title: Shipping Associate

Location: Claremont, Newton, Conover North Carolina

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Pay Range: $16 - $19 per hour

Our client, a leading logistics company, seeks a Shipping Associate to join their team. You'll support the Shipping Department by processing shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and promptly.

  • Maintain inventory records through regular cycle counts.

  • Operate material handling equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues.

  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels according to regulations.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

  • Strong organizational skills and time management.

  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
