Are you ready to lead the charge as a 2nd Shift Group Leader in Newton, NC? What will you do? You'll ensure customer requirements are met by creating production schedules, planning manpower, and coaching the team towards continuous improvement. Plus, you'll directly coach employees, manage performance, and maintain a physical presence on the shift. Your expertise will be key in handling disciplinary issues, fostering positive employee engagement, and facilitating team meetings focused on quality, safety, and productivity.

You'll need a high school diploma, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and 3 years in a supervisory role. Plus, proficiency in computer programs like Word, Excel, and SAP will give you an edge.
