How you will contribute
You will:
Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
Au sein de l'équipe Sales Ops & Tools, le poste de Chef de projet Outils et Tarification se constitue de 3 missions principales
1. Assure l’animation et la coordination opérationnelle du process Pricing
Suivre et piloter la création et la mise en place opérationnelle des nouveaux tarifs annuels sur l’ensemble des catégories de Mondelez,
Suivre et piloter la saisie de la politique commerciale dans l’outil,
En comprenant le tarif et les remises clients, être un business partner durant l’ensemble des process de définition et de structuration du tarif et de la politique commerciale,
Propose des solutions concrètes d’amélioration et de fluidification des process,
Garanti la fiabilité du process de facturation et suis l’évolution des litiges
Assure la coordination des audits SOX
2. Assure le bon fonctionnement des outils dont il a la charge
S’assure de la disponibilité et de la qualité des données dans les outils,
Assure l’administration des outils RGM
Mets en place les KPI permettant de mesurer leur performance,
Est réactif dans l’identification et résolution des incidents en fonction de leur priorité et impact sur les utilisateurs,
Recommande les plans d’actions correctifs à mettre en œuvre,
Intervient auprès de ses contacts (IS, équipes Globales internes /externes ou prestataires) pour assurer leur mise en place : rédaction, présentation, suivi des Change Requests,
Assure la communication auprès du Responsable Support Systèmes et de ses clients internes (Equipes Sales, financiers, Supply …)
Assure la compliance avec les contrôles SOX et répond aux audits internes et externes
3. Assure l’adéquation des outils Siège avec les besoins opérationnels et stratégiques Pricing et RGM
Rédige les cahiers des charges
Participe à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges sur base du recueil des besoins réalisé directement avec le business
Soumet les recommandations pour répondre à des besoins de changement de process Business, de simplification, d’harmonisation ou d’amélioration continue
Rédige et partage les « Change Requests » avec les équipes Globales
Assure la mise en œuvre des améliorations et/ou développements
Participe au brief des équipes de développement (Equipes Global) ou planifie avec le prestataire local
Assure la coordination du déploiement et de la période d’hyper care
Assure le training des utilisateurs et la communication auprès des instances commerciales
COMPETENCES REQUISES
Une bonne connaissance de l’entreprise, de la gestion promotionnelle, des processus de la tarification et de la descente P&L de l’industrie agroalimentaire.
Leadership, capacité de coordination et d’organisation de sujets transverses
Compétence analytique financière
Aisance avec les outils, la suite Office (Excel en particulier) et la gestion de la data
Rigueur, pédagogie
Autonomie
Bonnes relations interpersonnelles
Bon niveau d'anglais indispensable
