Aerotek 2nd Shift Quality Inspector in City Of Industry, California

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

Conduct online inspections and verify the control parameters according to procedures and instructions for production, filling, and packaging process. Record results of inspections, including weigh-up, filling temperature, packaging material, product code, container closure, etc. Perform GMP/hygiene inspections based on GMP and hygiene standards. Correct GMP/hygiene violations and report to production supervisor and/or QA Manager. All jobs shall be conducted timely according to QA/QC work instructions.

Sanitation Inspection Conduct daily and monthly sanitation inspections, including pre-operation and post-operation inspections. Perform ATP tests and environmental swabbing. Monitor environmental air quality and inspect employees’ hygiene conditions. Record the results of inspections and communicate with Production Supervisor.

Receiving Inspection Procedures Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials according to QA/QC work instructions. Take samples when needed according to the receiving manual. Organize and update Raw Material Manual, receiving records, and COAs from suppliers.
