CTI - Clinical Trial Services, Inc. Specimen Kit Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio
What You'll Do
- Maintain a working knowledge of different types of collection tubes and kits, e.g., blood collection tubes, aliquots
- Maintain kitting department and create an organized workflow to ensure accurate kit building
- Assemble kits and all required documentation; participate in the quality control process of the kits according to the lab kit specifications and company SOPs
- Fulfill kit orders in conjunction with Project Management to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requested
Attend meetings as needed
What You'll Bring
- Ability to lift upwards of 30 pounds when handling materials/supplies
- Must have knowledge of telephone, fax machine, copier, and other general office equipment
- Understanding the workings of a kit building department
- Able to work in a regulated environment
- Ability to follow SOPs with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate information associated with assigned tasks
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve basic issues
- Ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in team environment
- High School diploma or GED
- Able to work in high volume environments
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical, or related fields preferred but not required
Global knowledge of Laboratory Kitting Services preferred but not required
