P&G Professional is a leading manufacturer and marketer of away from home products. P&G Professional Account Executives manage our business with Jan/San and Foodservice distributors, hospitality, healthcare, restaurants and other independent businesses. They develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, as well as manage their implementation.

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Service is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide.

They will work with clients who have orders, complaints, or require information about products/services purchased from P&G Professional. They respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat ensuring a positive customer experience. They provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.

The Inside Sales Team will work closely with Distributors (Direct & Indirect) & Contract Customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage & Supervise Sales Inside Customer Sales and Service Specialists

  • Managing client/customer relationships, including negotiating settlements and resolving disputes on significant matters (e.g., matters that could impact continued business with the client/customer or involving significant potential financial loss)

  • Handling routine customer service complaints and comments that have only minimal impact on the business, without authority to resolve significant matters (e.g., matters that could impact continued business with the client/customer or involving significant potential financial loss)

  • Selling, Marketing and promoting the company's products or services

  • Entering information into a database, formulating or entering queries into a database or running reports from a database

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Location / Residence: Cincinnati General Office

  • Travel Requirement: minimal

  • Core business hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday

Qualification:

Foundational Selling

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Operational Discipline & Agility

Software Skills: MS Office applications, data/reporting, Power BI, Salesforce

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience in selling / customer service

  • Experience in the JanSan industries, hospitality, healthcare, food service, and working with distributors

  • Spanish proficiency (oral/written)
