We're currently seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to join their collaborative team. Pay: $19-$24 per hour 1st Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm As an Inventory Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Performing manual and scheduling duties related to receiving paper and goods from various carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, LTL, and over-the-road carriers. Utilizing small hand tools and hand trucks to relocate materials. Completing activities associated with receiving materials, including packing/unpacking of goods. Recording identification and quantity of received goods, rejecting damaged or misdirected items, and routing material to inspection or necessary departments. Coordinating with Purchasing and/or Accounting on purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and inventory. Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels and reconciling actual stock counts to computer-generated reports. Requirements: To qualify for this role, you should have at least one year of related work experience, verifiable forklift experience (preferably with clamp), knowledge of computer programs for data entry and routine clerical duties (such as Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Sheets), and the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
