Job Summary:

The Clinical Talent Experience and Retention Specialist role is within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions organization. This position partners with internal stakeholders toserve as a resource and role model for clinical external talent on assignment.

Roles & Responsibilites:

  • Support development of recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention programs,includingtheexpansionandenhancementofexistingloyaltyprogram

  • Establish relationships with clinical external talent to promote evidence-based practices, assess availableresources,anddevelopprogramstoenactoptimalsolutions

  • CreateadirectconnectionbetweentheProLinkteamandclinicalexternaltalenttoinfluenceclinicalcompetence,growth,rewardsandrecognition,andoverallworldclassexperiences

  • Serveasaresourcethroughouttheorganizationandwithclientstoadvanceandimprovethepracticeenvironmentsupportingclinicalexcellence

  • Utilizeappropriatesourcesofdataandtechnologytomakedecisionsandproactivelymitigaterisk

  • Evaluateandmeasureadherencetosafetyandqualitystandards

  • Collectandanalyzetalentretentiondatatodriveactionplanningandachievementofdesiredoutcomes

  • SupportQuarterlyBusinessReviewswithSalesteamfordedicatedgroupofclients

Minimum Qualifications / Education:

  • 2+yearsofnursing experience

  • CurrentRNlicensureincandidate’shomestate

  • Abilitytotravelatleast25%

  • Knowledgeofhealthcareindustry,strategy,andoperations

  • Demonstratedabilitytoworkinanall-remoteenvironment,showingindependenceandautonomyyet abletocollaboratewithsubjectmatterexperts(SME)asneeded

  • Demonstratedabilitytobuildandmaintainastrongworkingrelationshipwithkeystakeholders

  • Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskills

  • Strongsystemsthinkingandproblem-solvingskills

  • Adaptabletobalancemultiplepriorities,meettightdeadlines,andtakeaccountabilityfordeliverables

  • ProficientinMicrosoftOffice

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinnursing,healthcareadministration,orrelatedfieldorequivalentworkexperience

  • 5+yearsofnursing experience

  • 2+yearstravelnurseexperience

  • Staffingindustryexperience
