Consumer Marketing Assistant Manager, Estee Lauder Lux Skincare

Overview:

• Accountable for developing and implementing the GTM strategy for Estee Lauder’s Luxury Skincare including luxury service and media activations

• Accountable for developing a marketing calendar including new product launch, re-promote and promotions for Estee Lauder’s Luxury Skincare

• Accountable for developing a monthly marketing plan and sales building block for Estee Lauder’s Luxury Skincare

Key Responsibilties:

• Develop and refine the GTM strategy of Estee Lauder’s Luxury Skincare: luxury services and media model

• Drive the expansion of luxury services, partnering with the Brand Education & Marketing and Commercial teams

• Plan and execute media campaigns for new launches and re-promote including owned, earned and paid media, working with media agency and internal partners

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns including DM, eDM and Line, working with internal and external partners

• Develop an annual and quarterly marketing calendar including product launches, media campaigns, and CRM activations

• Plan and execute promotional sets

• Plan and execute PR events and creative briefing

• Lead B&M promotions and VM

• Collaborate with Online team for Online Maximization

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5-10 years working experience

• Strong Marketing and analytical skills and business acumen in bringing actionable insights through analytics

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills in interacting with all levels of management

• Agility, innovative and attention to detail

• Passion and experience in beauty and lux industry
