We have immediate opportunity for experienced Per Diem Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our clinical team in Southern CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details:

• Optum Clinic Locations: Inland Empire

• Schedule: Per Diem, shifts available: Monday – Friday

• Manage patient care in outpatient setting

• Consults, follow-up appointments, well-checks, schedule screenings

• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages; primarily adults/senior base

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college.

• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program

• Unrestricted CA license

• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care required, managed care setting preferred

• Excellent patient care and time management skills

• Ability to work in fast pace environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities

• EMR Proficient

California Residents Only : The hourly range for this role is $53.00 to $67.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
