Job Description\ \ Education & Experience Required:\ - BS Engineering\ - 2-5 years experience\ \ Technical Skills\ (Required)\ - 3D modeling/print detailing\ - Clear understanding of GD&T\ - Product development experience\ \ (Desired)\ - Engine/Fuel systems development experience\ - CAT detailing/releasing experience\ - Structural FEA experience\ - Hydraulic analysis experience\ - Product validation experience\ - Knowledge of manufacturing processes\ \ Positions Contributions to Work Group:\ - Product Development (NPI)\ - Creo modeling\ - Print detailing\ - FMEA\ - DVP&R\ - APQP\ - Analysis coordination\ - Supplier CPPD\ - Tolerance stack-up, O-ring calculations, bolted joint analysis\ \ Interaction with team:\ - Frequent interaction w/ core development team team members plus work director\ - Regular collaboration w/ support resources: SDE, suppliers, mechatronics, analysis, purchasing\ \ Work environment:\ - Office primarily\ \ Hands-on lab/test environment (validation hardware: receiving, test coordination, inspection) -\> increasing as project progresses to validation phase\ \ Soft Skills\ (Required)\ - Attention to detail\ - Organization\ - Analytical thinking\ - Effective communication\ - Managing multiple priorities\ - Confidentiality
