Job Description

Create and continuously update and maintain a detailed vendor listing for identifying and tracking various stages of the integration

 Identify all vendors from both entities to determine overlap

 Work with various contacts to describe goods/services provided by each vendor

 Lead meetings to determine the steps to achieve the disposition of each vendor solution

 Document dispositions in a project plan with target dates and drive execution of that plan

 Identify any contracts in place, noting termination dates, automatic renewals, and notice/steps requirements for terminations

 Work with IT contact to define disposition as: retire, consolidate, or integrate

 Obtain website and login credentials as needed to gain access to account information.

 Prioritize dispositions based on factors such as volume/spend, impact to the organization, and time requirements (e.g., left on contract term)

 For new vendors to be added, obtain vendor information, including W-9s and banking details

 Perform TIN checks and bank account verifications on vendors to be added

 Add new vendors to the Companys NetSuite ERP

Skills and Requirements

5+ years PM experience

o Need to be comfortable speaking with CIO, CFO, VP level

 IT Vendor management experience

o Need to be able to understand contract term

o Outside communication with vendors

 Excel- all tracking is in Excel

o Reporting status to C level null
