Provide Tier 2deploymentsupportfor 4G and 5G Technologies. Provide in-depth technical log analysis, check network configuration, andsupportcustomer as needed. Provide Frequent Alarm Monitoring Activity Report for newdeployments. Provide technicalsupportto the C&I Team during MW of actual migration/deployment. Work in system integration lab, customer labs, and commercial networks for reproducing, troubleshooting, and investigating performance related issues. Drive resolutions with other engineering team on an open ticket. Provide 24/7 on-callsupportas needed for commercial network outages and network performance issues. Provide technical reviews and providesupportto customers as needed. Develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on outages or market performance issues including throughput, accessibility, sustainability, handovers, capacity and coverage. Review various engineering MOPs and identify missing steps or issues if any. Perform data audit, SW/FW audit, and health check of the OSS if needed. Collect logs and perform log analysis for discussions with Tier 3 and HQ on various issues. Resolve high severity issues to meet the agreed SLA requirements and conduct second level incident analysis. Provide updates and resolutions on open tickets. Perform Alarm Monitoring and necessary troubleshooting to resolve alarms in Post Migration to Acceptance. Frequent travel required to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Some work from home is available.
Minimum Qualifications: US Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics, plus four (4) years of experience as a network/wireless engineering professional.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have four (4) years of experience in 4G, 5G 3GPP, Massive MIMO, SWAP, RF, CPRI, NOC, Python and MATLAB.
