Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Consult on initial stage growth strategies and go-to-market opportunities for the entire firm.
    • Utilize various research tools to conduct market research to analyze competitors; determine brand perceptions; evaluate markets; understand client needs, etc.
    • Leverage internal data (revenue, sales, marketing, etc.) and VOC as a starting point, write and present data-driven reports and briefs that combine firm data with outside data sets and research to identify key trends.
    • Leverage industry news and reports, social listening data, etc. to provide insights to firm leaders.
    • Write and present data-driven reports and briefs that combine firm data with outside data sets and research to identify key trends. Analyze the momentum of startups, companies, investments, competitors, clients, markets, geographies, disruptive technology, etc. and use this intel to help inform the growth strategies of our practices and markets.
    • Work with the team\'s Senior Consultants to ensure deliverables meet the needs of end users, practice group leaders, and various firm stakeholders to effectively drive revenue for the firm.
    • Participate in meetings helping to set market and practice group strategies.
  • Review project status and elevate project issues effectively
    • Pr vide consistent project communication to Senior Consultants, Managers, and Directors.
  • Contribute new ideas to improve team and department-wide processes and enhance systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

6 months to 2 years of experience preferred.

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required, especially with PowerPoint and Excel, including more advanced functions like pivot tables. Experience with Power BI a plus.

Passionate about helping define and lead strategic change.

Requires professionalism, strong project management skills, organization, creativity, ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, and ability to handle details while keeping an eye on the big picture.

Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all levels of staff and work well in a team-focused environment.

Ability to write in an engaging, concise manner, synthesizing complex research and data into meaningful conclusions.

Ability to thrive in both an independent and group work environment, including managing their own timelines and communicating changes.

Strategic thinker and self-starter with sound judgement that can work independently and cross-functionally.
