Starbucks real estate representative - Mid America (Chicago or Dallas) in Chicago, Illinois

Candidate must be willing to commute into either the Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX offices 3 days per week.

This job contributes to Starbucks success by partnering with store development managers and cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and developing new sites for Starbucks retail stores, as well as existing portfolio optimization responsibilities. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

As a real estate representative you will…

· Support Store Development goals of opening new stores, managing existing store fleet, and supporting the overall regional strategy

· Collaborate with Store Development, Design, Strategy, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams

· Have integral responsibilities including attending industry events, coordinating approvals, working with brokers, landlords, architects, contractors, attorneys, and various other internal/external stakeholders

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 1+ years of experience in contract & lease administration experience

  • 2+ years of experience in project administration in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage

  • 1+ years of experience in exposure to commercial or retail industry experience
