We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive healthcare industry experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will leverage their robust experience in managing large IT programs and building strong relationships to drive project success. This role is particularly suitable for individuals who have a deep understanding of the healthcare or insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing complex IT projects within the healthcare domain, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

2. Nurturing relationships with various project stakeholders including team members, software vendors, and healthcare professionals.

3. Tracking project performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with set objectives.

4. Developing and updating detailed project plans and schedules that demonstrate the roadmap to project completion.

5. Communicating effectively with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.

6. Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues and risks to mitigate impacts on the project.

7. Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to ensure IT solutions meet their needs.

   Requirements

8. Demonstrable experience as a senior IT Project Manager, with a focus on managing large-scale Insurance/Healthcare projects.

9. Strong relationship-building skills.

10. Extensive experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.

11. Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

12. Advanced knowledge of project management principles and best practices.

13. Superior communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
