Description This Paralegal position is best suited to candidates who possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. Major responsibilities

• Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

• Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload

• Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

• Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements - Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Solid understanding of medical malpractice

• Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
