You are:

The Marketing Advisory team advises marketing leaders, informed & inspired by industry realities, on how to transform their marketing capabilities to deliver growth. As part of the Marketing Advisory team, you will have in depth hands-on marketing skills with a breadth of understanding of how marketing and Medical, Legal, Regulatory processes works and draw on these skills as a trusted advisor who guide Life Sciences clients through transformation and toward growth.

The Work:

  • Engage with CMOs, commercial leadership, and Legal/Medical/Regulatory teams and leadership to explore their MLR vision and align to business objectives and strategies.

  • Work with clients to define the MLR transformation journey, shape the roadmap, and create experience-led capabilities.

  • Provide a perspective around the future of Legal Medical and Regulatory Processes in Life Sciences (MLR) and drive thought leadership on the subject including how it relates to AI and emerging technologies.

  • Create a strategic vision/roadmap for where MLR is going in the near term and long term

  • Originate and deliver work with clients around the future of MLR as well as grow talent through project delivery. Ability to develop a plan and roadmap to implement various MLR solutions and align with account teams/client partners.

  • Lead the assessment of organizational and marketer capability gaps in areas such as insights, segmentation & portfolio strategy, marketing strategy & planning, and customer engagement in a digital age

  • Co-create and shape Capability Strategies and Plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology to deliver tangible results

  • Draw on and connect the capabilities of Accenture to help clients close capability gaps

  • Lead the design, development and delivery, engaging and inspiring programs to close capability gaps, including but not limited to learning experiences, solution workshops, and change management

  • Drive new business development through Accenture relationships, personal network and referrals.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing and Legal, Medical and Regulatory processes in Life Sciences (experience in other regulated industries a plus) in one or more of the following: consumer-packaged goods, retail, B2B, financial services organization, consultancy

  • First-hand experience of marketing and the MLR process in the current era and an understanding of the challenges that face today’s marketers and reviewers in Life Sciences

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing large scale marketing programs

  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing Marketing organization transformation and Operating model

  • Experience building client relationships across all levels including C-suite

    Bonus points if:

  • Passion and experience in developing capabilities (process, people, technology) and driving change

  • First-hand experience of marketing in the current era and an understanding of the challenges that face today’s marketers in different industries

  • Knowledge of the CX/Martech landscape and its real client value

  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative in spirit and able to develop new ideas in a fast-changing environment

  • Strong storytelling, relationship development, problem solving/design thinking, and written content creation skills

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: brand and services innovation, brand positioning & architecture, campaign planning, digital marketing, customer value proposition development, customer insight & marketing analytics, culture transformation, marketing operating model, marketing strategy, ecommerce, retail

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
