KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, QE Temenos in Digital Lighthouse for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage high-performing testing teams for custom technology solutions, in the financial services industry, by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient test accelerators, testing models and solutions to client problems through application of methods and automation tool selections and set up test governance processes

  • Guide teams in developing and executing software test plans, project documentation related to the testing phases of the SDLC and providing timely resolution of issues

  • Accountable for test scenario scope definition, business requirements understanding and test execution and reporting

  • Supervise in developing more predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis with ISTQB/PMP certification is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems

  • Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) with prior experience in leading a minimum of two full life cycle banking platform delivery implementations in a testing capacity

  • Deep hands-on experience with Automation Tools (Opkey, Selenium, Katalon Studio, UFT and Tricentis Tosca), Scripting Languages and Test Management Tools (JIRA, Rally and ALM) and solid knowledge of data analytics on ODBC databased and MS Excel

  • Strong demonstrated experience testing the Temenos Banking Platform along with relevant Banking Domain expertise are required

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
