Job Description
Group Coordinator
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Build rapport with our key clients in order to ascertain their requirements and identify further opportunities for future business
Ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and inputted correctly and promptly
Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
Prepare and maintain your department's records
Adhere to and promote our company values and wider brand standards
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
Competency using a variety of computer softwares
Knowledge of Opera PMS or a related system
