This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO\'s calendar, schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other executive correspondence
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
About You:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level Executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
