TEKsystems has a full time role for an ERP Architect. This is a hybrid role as the client will need some onsite work at either Beloit, WI or Chicago, Il office site. Client is using 3 different ERP platforms and need support on how to integrate across all 3 ERP platforms. This role will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand current and future needs, then assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of solutions. Working in a collaborative organization, you will have significant influence to improve the efficiency, performance, scalability, and security of our environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture oversight and guidance for enterprise initiatives, programs, and projects.

• Serve as senior technical resource for solution implementation and integration.

• Partner with other architects to develop technical roadmaps and evangelize enterprise strategies based on business goals and industry best practices.

• Identify and evaluate new technologies to provide competitive advantages and internal efficiencies.

• Create and maintain enterprise technical standards, diagrams, and documentation.

• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.

• Strong knowledge of business processes, accounting practices, and financial systems.

• Broad familiarity with all major IT disciplines and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Working knowledge of SDLC practices, code management, quality assurance, and deployment pipelines.

• Experience with full stack development, third-party solutions, and enterprise integrations.

• 7+ years of enterprise application experience in 1000+ employee organizations.

• 3+ years of ERP architecture experience in 100+ person IT/Dev groups.

• Experience leading ERP implementations and upgrades in an environment with multiple ERP solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, Epicor, or DMSi Agility.
