DTC Account Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19 an hour

Work schedule: 5:30am-4:00pm (4x 10-hour days with 1 weekend day in the rotation)

What’s a typical day as a Direct-to-Customer Account Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Managing and coordinating administrative tasks related to direct-to-consumer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and order processing.

• Monitoring and maintaining documentation related to customer orders, ensuring timely and correct handling by employees.

• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment in meeting business objectives.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Managing and maintaining accurate daily end-of-shift reports and performance updates.

• Coordinating with internal teams to address account-related issues and provide necessary administrative support.

• Assisting in setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing administrative coaching.

• Enforcing understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in account coordination or customer service functions.

• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Are dependable with a good attendance record.

• Have intermediate math and computer skills.

• Are willing to work weekends, holidays, or as needed to support administrative functions.
