As the Analytics Solutions Senior Associate on the Commercial Bank Global Services team, you will join a Data Analytics team that supports Commercial Bank's Global Services function with data insights and analytics. This is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with various senior stakeholders. You will learn core business processes and develop process and technology components required to support a best-in-class program. You will also lead development of C-suite/Executive presentations and targeted analytics that help inform the health of the business.

Job responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report key management metrics

• Lead design and development of dashboards for management use

• Manage a complex analytics book of work, leveraging rigorous project management discipline

• Define, design, and manage high priority strategic initiatives with senior level visibility

• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data-driven insights while identifying opportunities for enhancements and improvements

• Engage with stakeholders to understand diverse data and analysis requirements and serve as a thought leader in simplifying the execution of data management and reporting processes

Require qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 5+ years of total experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Management Consulting roles.

• Unique mix of technical data skills and business acumen, with strong past experience in data analysis and data tools

• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources. Attention to detail is a must with focus on executive quality presentation

• Hands-on experience in the use of data to solve complex business problems, leveraging toolsets such as: Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx

• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, project management, and client partnership ability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field

• Financial services experience
