In need of an Accounts Payable Specialist! We are looking for someone who has at least 2-3 years of experience in this field as well as some experience in general ledger, data entry and processing invoices and expenses for payments. This position is 100% on site. Please today if this sounds like the job for you!!

salary: $19 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Process invoices and payments.

Manage vendor relations and payments.

Handle expense reports and reimbursements.

Maintain accurate transaction records.

Implement controls and ensure compliance.

Monitor cash flow and schedule payments.

Prepare reports and analysis.

Drive process improvements.

Skills
