Job Overview:

Responsible for supervising project work operations via deck crew.

This role will be working in offshore vessel.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily tasks of the rigging crew.

• Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the

• established HSES Safety standards and Work practices.

• Ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with all safety and quality requirements.

• Organize and distribute above deck activities for Rigging Crews

• Continuously monitor rigging equipment being used and remove from service any found defective.

• Ensure only trained personnel from Rigging Department use machinery and equipment.

• Ensure all relevant safety procedures are adhered to with regard to rigging works undertaken by way of TRAs/Permits

• Following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring subordinates do the same.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum 4 years experience in offshore construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years as a Rigger Leaderman

• Previous experience as Rigger Leaderman/Rigger

• BOSIET

• Valid Medical Certificate of Fitness

• STCW Reg

• VI-6 – Security Familiarization

• Rigging Certificate
