Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

As a E2 Development Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced development team to build scalable and visually appealing web applications. We are welcoming If you have a strong foundation in React.js, Redux.js, RTK Query, Next.js and Styled Components and are eager to learn about Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe )

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux.js and Styled Components.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide input on best practices.

• Contribute to the Agile development process, adhering to Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) principles, and actively participating in sprint planning and review sessions.

• Work with Git for version control, participating in code reviews to improve code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Support the development of reusable and modular frontend components.

• Work on building and maintaining reusable components and contribute to the integration of frontend components with server-side logic.

• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend -related issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team.

• Collaborate with more experienced developers to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the team.

Employees at all levels are expected to:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Solid understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiarity with Next.js, React.js, Redux.js and Styled Components is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) principles or a willingness to learn.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.

• A passion for web development and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to team goals.
