Adecco US, Inc. Wholesale Account Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Great opportunity for a Wholesale Account Manager in Charlotte, NC

Pay range $60k-$80k + commission.

Purpose:

Increase sales in both wholesalers and mass market for preserved flowers

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and development of the assigned market to reach the established annual sales target.

  • Identify key wholesale leads in the industry and create commercial plans for visiting and conversion (tool: Hubspot).

  • Disciplined implementation of sales policies and conditions, adapted to the US market in collaboration with the sales director.

  • Create and meet regional sales objectives by creating a sales plan with specific tools and actions.

  • Assist in forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances.

  • Attendance at trade fairs, and frequent visits to distributors.

  • Market surveillance to detect commercial opportunities via customers, products, competition, commercial campaigns, etc.

  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.

  • Maintain and expand customer base by continued sales service, follow up, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience with b-2-b sales and/or promotion via distributors or wholesalers is a MUST

  • Experience with ERP systems for customers/sales with tasks such as: Order creation, Quotations, order confirmation, invoicing, and logistics. (SAP, Navision, Oracle etc)

  • Experience with CRM systems for lead management (Hubspot, Sales force Etc.)

  • Experience with creating or opening new markets.

  • Ability to travel 50-100 travel days/year within the United States

  • BA degree, preferable in marketing or HS Technical Certificate

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Technical Knowledge and skills

  • Formal Sales techniques training (Pricing, discounts, policies)

  • Budgeting

  • Proficiency with Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc)

  • CRM, Hubspot knowledge is a plus

Distribution network management (distributors, sales agents and wholesalers)

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
