Job Summary:

The ServiceNow OT Product Owner will be define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of the OT modules in the ServiceNow Platform. The Product Owner will lead the product teams in developing the OT Asset and vulnerability management modules including data integrations across source systems. Initial work will be focused on implementation of these OT modules in concert with the IT innovation team including feature definitions and process designs. Upon completion of the implementation, the Product Owner will shift to continuous improvement for the tool including product roadmap development to meet user needs, backlog management, and collaboration on strategy and vision for future development.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Defines and manages product roadmap• Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders – including the senior leadership team• Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.)• Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs• Gather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future development• Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features• Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems• Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders

Basic/Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or other related degrees and four (4) or more years of work related experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and eight (8) or more years of work related experience in lieu of a degree

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified SCRUM Product Owner

  • Experience in utility operational technology

  • Background in industrial control systems

  • Previous work in cybersecurity for OT equipment

  • Strong knowledge of NERC CIP requirements related to access management and data protection

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform, preferably OT modules

  • Exceptional collaboration stills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams, resolve conflicts and is comfortable leading a highly matrixed organization

  • Knowledge of NERC CIP reliability standards and Operational Technology security controls

  • Process oriented while understanding the capabilities of technology and leveraging technology

  • Demonstrated innovation and creative abilities

  • Strong understanding of OT network technologies, protocols, assets, devices
