Job Title: Loan IQ Production Support

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: 63/hr

• Implementation and Post Implementation Support for Loan IQ

• Why is the Position Open?

• A lot of work to be done nothing is slowing down!

• What are the day to day responsibilities?

• Production Support for LoanIQ (Looks for people who’ve done operational/transactional type work within LoanIQ)

• Testing type work –

• Taking test scripts, running them within Loan IQ to run transactions performing UAT

• Operating as a user to verify transactions within LoanIQ

• This is the next step for a Loan Closer to a more Testing and Technical technical role to grow within their career – Why’d it break, what broke?

• What are the top 3 must have skills?

• Setting up new deals, facilities, and running transactions in LoanIQ

• Loan Closing, Loan Administrator, Syndicated Loan Closer with LoanIQ are all acceptable titles for this role

• Take process from beginning to end in LoanIQ – ability to process the lifecycle of a deal within LoanIQ. It’s key that they can take process from beginning to end within LoanIQ.

• Key all transactions into Loan IQ and workflow tool.

• Loan IQ & UAT Testing
