Brokerage Account Specialist

Are you a customer service champion with a passion for helping people?

Do you have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements? Do you have an Active Series 7 license?

If so, we want to hear from you! OUR DIRECT CLIENT is seeking 5 motivated individuals to join our team in Charlotte, NC as Brokerage Account Specialists .

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Hybrid (M-F, 7am-6pm)

Pay rate: $27-32/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Address brokerage complaints from CLIENT's customers.

  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear resolutions.

  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • Active Series 7 license is a MUST. (or within 2-year window for reactivation)

  • Previous brokerage operations experience is preferred.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $27-32/hour .

  • Training program (5 days on-site, 5 days remote).

  • Opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm) with at least 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work options.
