Seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join the Cybersecurity Talent Strategy and Execution focused on culture, engagement and development of Cybersecurity's 3,000+ person global workforce.

A candidate with cybersecurity skills familiarity in addition to the listed qualifications below, would be the ideal candidate. For instance, familiarity with cyber skills inventory, doing skill identification campaigns, etc...

• Desired Qualifications

• Event facilitation, both in person and virtual

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Understanding of adult/professional learning: facilitation and experience creating presentations, eLearning, facilitator resources, managing rosters/learning operations, assessment design/analysis and assessing effectiveness

• Proficiency with digital delivery tools and functions like MS TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, WebEx

• Advanced skills with survey tools, Sharepoint and M365

• Experience consulting with internal clients regarding learning solutions or business needs

• Ability to coordinate projects across multiple stakeholders

• This is not required but if you have someone that has skills strategy, for instance skills campaign in addition to above this would be a great candidate. For instance, familiarity with cyber skills inventory, doing skill identification campaigns, etc...

responsibilities:

Working closely with Culture and Talent function leads, this individual will execute

• Employee Engagement Events

• Coordinate and execute across site leads to drive engagement events at Cyber locations

• New employee onboarding orientation - keep materials refreshed and facilitate quarterly event

• Facilitate learning and development sharing throughout Cybersecurity via Conference Café sessions

• Create and publish monthly Connections newsletter to reach Cybersecurity's 3,000 person global workforce

• Talent Development

• Oversee SANS training voucher program including approving requests and tracking results

• Drive accomplishment L&D learning goals including cloud certification across the organization

• Support talent lead with execution of skills development programs

• Execution Excellence

• Sharepoint SME - ensure content reaches our audience and is current

• Calendar oversight - ensure all events are current and updated on SP site

• Event/Invitation management

• Membership management (Teams, DL, member file)

• Connections newsletter publication

• Monthly status reports routine

• Monthly Leads check in meeting routine (partner with lead)

• Survey administration

• Mailbox ownership / maintenance

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 4 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors
