Our client, within Financial Services is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be part of the CFO Data Management.The ideal candidate will have worked in a Data Analyst or Data Management function previously supporting Financial data such as Liquidity, Treasury, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Balance Sheet Management, Traded Products ect. SQL will be the primary tool used day to day as well as advanced Excel. Other technologies such as Alteryx can be highly valuable.

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

  • Must have 5+ years in Financial Services industry with knowledge of database structures, data sourcing, data warehousing finance and accounting concepts

  • Strong understanding of key banking products including but not limited to loans, deposits, secured funding transactions, derivatives, Counterparty, and trading assets, Treasury products, Liquidity Products, Capital Markets.

  • SQL and/or Oracle experience and understanding of how data relates to each other

  • Advanced Excel

What’s Needed?

  • 2052a experience would be GREAT

  • Experience with SQL Server, Alteryx, or ETL tools and Data Management tools

  • Counterparty data background/experience

  • Finance/Regulatory Reporting Knowledge

  • Builds Partnerships - broad-based business relationships across the bank line of business. Positively and skillfully influences peers, colleagues, leaders, and business
