Description We are offering a contract opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the construction/contractor industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be part of our team, handling accounts receivable and credit functions, and utilizing various accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner

• Maintaining up-to-date records of customer credit

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions for delinquent payments

• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain records and perform duties

• Leveraging ERP solutions for efficient account management

• Utilizing Great Plains, IBM AS/400, and Microsoft Excel for daily tasks

• Performing accounting functions and managing accounts receivable

• Handling billing functions and managing cash activity

• Leveraging SAP for check processing and other tasks Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ERP Solutions

• Working knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 system

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Ability to manage Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Previous experience in a similar role in the Construction/Contractor industry would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
