Our client has an increase in production and is seeking a talent to immediately welcome to the team to offset the demand. This role is 100% on site near Northlake and includes benefits such as PTO, 7 paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401K. Conversational in Spanish is helpful for the business needs. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Verify, allocate, and post AP and AR transactions

• Reconcilation of AP and AR

• Allocate costs by job

• Create reports to recommend department improvements to processes and procedures

• Support month end/ and year end close

• Support with tax audit and preparation

Skills

• QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)

• Spanish (2 years of experience is required)
