This position will be part of the Business Transformation team within EMEA Wholesale EssilorLuxottica, to accelerate profitable growth, activating all categories across countries and the EL Integration. Reporting to EMEA Wholesale Business Transformation VP. This position will successfully define, implement and track results of high-impact EMEA projects. Objectives are to help meet both financials and qualitative targets.

Main responsibilities:

• EMEA growth levers:

• Identify and prioritize growth avenues: market size, market share, size of the prize, channel of trades.

• Define how to win: product offer, customer segmentation, partnership programs, competitiveness levers.

• Define ambition and action plan with EMEA countries.

• Define KPI dashboards and track progress over time.

• Turnaround of business experiencing strong counter-performances:

• When country/business faces serious challenges (topline, bottom-line), define action plan to quickly turnaround, in partnership with Country leader(s) and EMEA Steering functions.

• Monitor and push implementation of corrective actions and achievement of expected results.

In terms of personal competencies, the successful candidate must be a hands-on person who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking, project management capabilities and execution drive to achieve tangible business results. In addition, he/she should possess the following competencies:

• Leadership - A proven track record of delivering projects with complete deliverables. Ability to operate in complex and matrix environment and ability to influence across organizational lines.

• Communications – Ability to articulate complex matters in a simple way to all levels within the organization. Ability to present to senior leadership and influence through verbal and written communication.

• Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills - A team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others. Shares information and keeps team members and partners informed. Works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues. Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ethics - Highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Business or Engineering.

• 2-4 years of experience working inleading consulting firmand/or other similar analytical roles, with proven track record.

• Language: English is required. French and/or Italian would be a plus.
