Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Manufacturing Software team. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between internal customers (ex. the engineering team) and the developers/data engineers. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, such as suggesting tools, methods/approaches, and/or tips when it comes to documentation. As the Business Analyst, you will gather requirements from stakeholders, and ensure you are identifying and addressing operational risks. You will be the Subject Matter Expert with requirements process. Your expertise and collaboration skills will be valued as you will provide advice and guidance to others and manage customer relationships and expectations by staying current with customer needs and strategies. You will hold the team accountable when hitting deliverables in the project and will also articulate ideas and viewpoints to senior management. Skills and Requirements

* 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

* Ability to commute to Chanhassen, MN 2+ days a week (the team goes into the office on Monday and Tuesdays and for critical in person meetings)

* Experience working at an enterprise-level company (matrixed environment)

* Ability to identify and implement opportunities for business improvement when it comes to documenting, modern approaches, and voicing opportunities to utilize tools.

* Strong documentation skills

* Proficiency in cross-team and stakeholder collaboration

* Understanding of the software development life cycle

* Experience supporting on the operations side (not only IT project delivery)

* Familiarity with IT terminology

* Experience tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

* Experience working in an agile/waterfall hybrid environment. * Manufacturing industry experience

* Experience working on a heavy data project as a Business Analyst null
