What you’ll do:

• Process quality control of assembly line, complaint handling

• Coordination with second and third party audit

• New product project support or lead and possible future business changes

• Process control for assembly line and meet the KPI requirement;

• Responsible for the NPD quality control(DQE);

• Complete & Hand in PPAP documents and quality inspection plan;

• Collect, summarize and analysis the quality information and make the improvement continuously according to yearly CI target;

• Leading the workshop process audit and drive the improvements accordingly;

• Complaint - Dealing and do the corrective & preventive actions;

• Training for the inspectors & operators;

• Increased responsibilities as a result of possible future business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years relevant experience

• Electronic components or Machinery

• Strong communication skills and good team work

• Analytical& Problem solving skills

• Familiar with quality process (APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP)& basic ISO9001 system knowledge

• Conflict management / Business negotiation
