What you’ll do:

• Responsible for establishing and improving the switchgear production process, and support manufacturing optimization

• Implement standardized work flow and continuous improvement

• Be the engineering team member regarding the assigned new project and provide necessary support from production

• Work with Project/Design Engineering team to validate the manufacturing process before mass production

• To ensure all the manufacturing documents is fully compliant to the required criteria and suggest to Project/Design Engineer for continuous design or process improvement, including Work Instructions, In-process Control Plan, etc.;

• Be responsible to solve the production abnormal case in time on line, to improve the productivity yield;

• Deal with the tooling/fixture design in mass production and provide engineering support to calibration of the equipment/tooling/fixture on maintenance;

• Responsible for ergonomics and automation upgrading projects, to realize high efficient and sustainable manufacturing system

• Draft and implement the Standard Work, OBC and Process Flow, to continuous improve the Lean system in production on a day-to-day base;

• Provide the process operation training to all the operators and monitoring the actual performance;

• Engineering support in cost-reduction program from production standpoint;

• Take the lead in daily Kaizen project in production regarding engineering area;

• Aiming at quality problem in the production process were analyzed, and put forward the improvement measures and solutions

• Implement quality system requirements, in strict accordance with the quality assurance procedures documentation related to product process quality assurance files and assist qc department to do the quality control of related products

• Implement JSA and ESP, 5S for the whole process and their improvement.

• Lead the delivery of the temporary work.

• Identify the EHS risks in the manufacture engineering process. Organize the team to solve the risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above

• At least 5Yrs manufacturing/process engineering background

• Mechanism, Electronics and Automation

• Fluent English and Good at MS Office, AutoCAD etc.
