Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Work with a highly talented and energized team of Engineers to take care of design, development and unit testing for Wealth Investment Management CRM applications. Will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to provide solutions for business requirements. Responsible for working with integration partners to establish application integrations with internal and external applications. In this role, you will lead complex technology initiatives including those that are countrywide with broad impact. Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Degree required: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

3 years of experience with the salesforce platform, production support & code deployments;

3 years of JIRA experience;

2 years of Agile experience; and

2 years of experience with continuous integration development technologies.

Salary: $143,416 - $197,500
