Transportation Dispatcher
Department: Trucking Job Status: Full Time/Weather Dependent FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: TBD Grade/Level: $23.00 to $30.00 / hr. D.O.E Amount of Travel Required: TBD
Work Schedule Monday through Saturday. 7:00am to 5:30pm but start times will vary depending on the project schedule and weather conditions forecast from early morning to late evening with occasional Sundays and Night work.

Elite Surface Infrastructure Overview Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors.
POSITION SUMMARY This is a highly skilled position involving control and operation of asphalt paving machine. Must have experience operating asphalt paving machines in all types of asphalt paving (Roadways, Commercial Parking Lots, and Patching). You will be responsible with the daily maintenance and the efficient working condition of the equipment, conversing with screed operators to ensure we are providing a smooth surface, assist guiding and directing dump trucks while backing into hopper, in addition with performing other various duties on RME construction projects as needed. Said operator must partner with foreman and other crew members to apply asphalt per plan specifications and perform tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met. Monitoring owned trucks for DOT and safety compliance Dispatch equipment moves to owned and leased trucks Monitoring trucks for material hauls Finding and logging dump sites for material and recycle Obtain pricing for dump sites CDL Truck driver training Back up CDL driver Route and access planning for equipment deliveries
