Answer phones Schedule appointments - service & quotes Light accounting duties such as invoicing and change orders Heavy email communication with customers and vendors Filing & scanning
What we look for:
2+ years of administrative experience 6 months of invoicing experience Reliable, high attention to detail Industry background - construction, painting, HVAC, etc. HIGHLY preferred
