Hiring a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including maintenance, minor appliance repair, painting, drywall, plumbing, heating, electrical and other duties, as needed. Ensure prompt and efficient preparation of vacant units for occupancy and completion of service repairs for residents. The ideal addition to our team will be able work in a fast paced environment with focus on customer service and teamwork.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the snow removal as needed. Paint/drywall as needed. Perform high quality make-ready repairs and resident services. Report any safety issues or property concerns to the Manager Responsible to purchase supplies when maintenance is needed Maintain an orderly supply room Assists Management Team with delivery of resident notices, as needed Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g. OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required Experience in residential community maintenance or related area preferred Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures HVAC certification a plus Must be available for on-call hours Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening required
