A Typical Day
The Data Analyst will join our Product Management team to gather technical requirements and deliver cutting edge technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process for our customers. As the Data Analyst , you will be a Key Contributor within a Scrum team to make recommendations, provide launch strategies based on your analyses, monitor product performance and recommend alterations to meet business needs.
The Data Analyst will:
Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, risk assessment, testing, and deployment
Gather business requirements that affect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
Prepare documents, workflow diagrams, and written & verbal reports to management
Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
Participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
Execute on test script developed in design and implementation phases
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of Product Management/Product Development experience, working on cloud based projects
Solid experience with Database Management/Data Warehousing
Experience with Python or Javascript
High proficiency in SQL is required
Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Workflow, AWS, Jira, Postman

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
