Description

TheResidential Coordinatoris responsible for the overall health, safety and well-being of a residential group home residents, as well as the supervision and direction of house staff. He/she is responsible for all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance. This motivated leader will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or a related field and two years supervisory experience in the DD field OR an AAS degree and four years supervisory in the DD field. Ability to manage others and good communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills and writing skills. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

Neal House is a very fun energetic young house with 11 super fun residents. We have male and females that live here. We are unique in that Neal House has 11 bedrooms, which means everyone gets their own room. Make sure you wear your sneakers and have no troubles going up and down lots of stairs. We are located near Carmel High School, close to restaurants, walking trails, shopping, and more! HOURS: 40 hours weekly / Flexible based on program needs

Starting Salary: $64,305.69

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field is required

  • Supervisory experience

  • Computer and organizational skills

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's License
