Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider to join our outpatient and adult only practice in the Carmel Health Pavilion in Carmel, IN.

· No inpatient coverage

· Pavilion setting with onsite lab, imaging, Urgent Care, mammograms and rehab

· Specialty providers onsite (Cardio, Endo, Neuro, Gyn)

· EMR (EPIC)

· Competitive compensation and benefits package

Licensure & Certifications

Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
