Qualifications for the position include but are not limited to:
- CNA
- CMA
- Med Tech trainings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Heart Saver CPR within 6 months of hire.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Salary:
- $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Charge Nurse / Medical Director
Job description:
- Med Techs for Detox and Villa Esperanza.
Duties:
- Assist with admission intake: gathering of medical history, psychiatric history, medication lists, substance abuse history
- Reading urine drug screen with Nurse, RTA, or Peer Support Worker
- Gather vital signs either by electronic machine or manual BP cuff, SpO2 monitor, and thermometer
- Assist nurse in Detox with medications, admissions, vitals, or other duties as delegated by Nurse on shift
- Distribute medication for Residential Treatment clients at both Villa and Avalon
- Monitoring of Residential and/or Detox clients
- Transport Detox or RTC clients to appointments as needed
- Assist clients with medical requests
- Contact on-call nurse with urgent medication or medical needs
- May be necessary to team-lift up to 75 pounds.
Employment Hours:
- 8 and/or 12-hour shifts afternoon/nights, this is a 24-hour facility, flexibility for shift work is required
