The ICQA Specialist II is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of distribution center processes through meticulous audits conducted both onsite and at off-site facilities.

1st,2nd & 3rd shift available

Payrate: $18.25 plus shift differential

Location: Onsite - Carlisle, PA

Job Duties:

  • Conduct daily audits of Production Associates to support the incentive bonus program as directed by Inventory/Quality Control Supervisor or Manager.

  • Audit DC policies and procedures for goods processing, ensuring accuracy in all stages from receiving to shipment.

  • Perform audits including Outbound Container, Marking, Unit ID, in-hotel storage audits, and other quality checks as instructed.

  • Communicate audit results to ICQA and Operations management promptly.

  • Assist with cycle counting of inventory in the hotel storage area, including random and directed audits for discrepancies.

  • Support Exceptions processing for various carton or unit discrepancies.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required:

  • Must pass MS Word I, Math (with calculator), Excel tests.

  • Proficient in math and computer skills, with experience in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and RMS.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work aggressively to complete projects.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management and departments.

  • Proficient in English for reading, speaking, and understanding instructions.

  • Previous RF gun/gladiator experience is beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must lift up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the shift.

  • Job activities include standing, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing.

  • Vision requirements: ability to read information in print and electronically.

Pay Details: $18.25 per hour
