Description and Requirements

Job Summary:

The eCommerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of orders received through lenovo.com websites or through sales representatives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Our mission is to provide support to the business and customers on payments, disputes, chargebacks and reconciliations. Primary interaction of this team is with AR, Sales, Sales Support and Fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the processing of orders received via lenovo.com and through sales representatives.

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of order data into the system.

  • Track and analyze order fulfillment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, billing and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.

  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for order management and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for a professional graduated on Business Administration, Economics, Industrial engineering, with fluent English, and advance excel. (mandatory).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

  • This role will be attended the Latin-American region, so we willing to work global ours.
